Ø Check Appearance problem: open seam, broken stitch, puckering, pleat, color shade….

Ø Check size & fabric weight,

Ø Metal detection check

In addition to these, color difference always happens among the mass products in the same batch; we check the color difference with following methods:

Ø Compare with client’s approved sample

Ø Check the color difference according to grey card

Ø Compare the product among mass products

Ø Compare with pantone card or swatch
