During Production Inspection

During Production Inspection (DPI)

During Production inspection (DPI) is to inspect the goods in the early stage of production to help you find production problems as soon as possible and avoid potential risks in the production process in the future. Generally speaking, when the goods are finished 20% to 30% of the time, our inspectors will check the semi-finished products and finished product quality according to your product specifications, your evaluation method, the quantity of goods, delivery time and other factors, and then issue a report to you.

DPI includes the following:

Production supervision

Production supervision

Production schedule confirmation

Random sampling of semi-finished and finished products

Overall evaluation and suggestion
