Industry Machine

For the standard parts, profiles and raw materials, most parts are produced by machine, so we pay more attention to mechanical and chemical properties when inspecting this kind of products. If they could be conducted on site, we will do it in the factory. If there is no condition for testing, we will do the tests in the professional laboratory that we cooperate with.

But for industry machine, we focus on the inspection of actual function for the product. For the function check, we always take some videos and send to customer during inspection. Generally, we always conduct some tests during inspection as following:

Ø Assembly test

Ø Function test

Ø Running test

Ø Working voice level check

Ø Smell test

Ø Power consumption test

Ø Earth continuity test

Ø Insulation resistance test

And some other test if available.
