Initial Production Check (IPC)

The initial production check is conducted when the product is about 5-10% complete, to ensure that the product quality meets the customer requirements again before mass production. Inspection in the early stage of production helps to find problems as early as possible, and the problems can be corrected and improved in time before mass production. The initial production inspection includes the following inspection points: Quantitative data measurement and field test.
