Safety problem is most important of toys and baby products. So during the inspection for toys and baby products, we always conduct some test about safety as following:

Ø The diameter of all the gaps or rings should be less than 6mm or more than 12mm

Ø Metal detecting test

Ø Finger check

Ø Warning and marking check

Ø Strength test

Ø Loading test

Ø Smell test

And the workmanship is required to be checked carefully. For example:

Sharp edge, sharp point, material chipping, color shade, dead or alive insects
