We always check the fabric with the four point system of America. Fabrics are classified into different grades according to the scoring situation. The main aspects of work inspection are as following:

 

Ø Check Appearance problem: crease mark, coarse/fine yarn. Float and fly yarn, snagging yarn….

Ø Size and weight check

Ø Batch number check and record

Ø Color difference check
