Production capacity Assessment is mainly targeted at the following aspects:

1. What model to make and the production process of this model.

2. OEE (equipment load capacity) of the machine and equipment used in the manufacturing process.

3. The total standard time of the product and the scale time of each process (manpower capacity).

4. Time before data preparation.

5. The size of occasions required by the production line and warehouse (site load capacity).

3、 产品的总标准时间，每个制程的尺度时间（人力负荷才能）。

Social Audit

Social Audit (SA) measures a company’s level of social responsibility according to SA 8000 standard.

Social audit assesses the social dimension of a company regarding working conditions and environmental standards: work-hours compliance, safety standards, environmental standards compliance, health, wages, discrimination, disciplinary practices, child labour…

Environment Assessment

1. The environmental protection approval document of the factory, namely, the report and the approval document of the environmental protection bureau.

2. The disposal of solid waste and hazardous waste, especially hazardous waste, shall be submitted to a qualified institution for disposal and filed with the environmental protection bureau

3. Necessary environmental control operation procedures and corresponding records (environmental monitoring records), the most basic of which include field noise, waste water discharge, solid waste classification and treatment, hazardous waste treatment, emergency plan and response, etc., shall be documented and supported by corresponding records.Iv.
