Ø Winding Temperature Rise Test of Motor

Ø Spark test of the switch

In addition to the safety test, product performance check is also very important, especially for the electronic products. We check the performance and function about electrical and electronic products including below:

Ø Basic function. A functional aspect of a product that is considered simple to evaluate and can be checked on the entire workmanship sample size in a reasonable amount of time. For example, the oscillating function of a fan; the signal searching function of a TV. Or if a DVD player supports 10 kinds of discs, the basic function check is testing the playing function by selected 1 disc randomly

Ø Entire function. A functional aspect of a product that is considered all function to evaluate and only be checked on 3 samples. The entire function consists of every button combine function; verify the manual or instruction word by word which is related with the operation and procedure for each operation step. For example, verify an operation step listed on manual for setting time with remote control of a fan. Or if a DVD player supports 10 kinds of discs, the entire function check consists of testing the playing function by 10 kinds of disc one by one.

Ø Complex function. A functional aspect of a product that requires a detailed process to evaluate and cannot easily be checked on the entire workmanship sample size in a reasonable amount of time. Complex function often requires use of a reduced sample size and may result in damage to the product. For example, the signal levels check of a TV; the fuse validity check; the output power consumption check of a microwave oven
